Villa Giovanna was completed in early 2019 and is located in a small village – Fuškulin.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, there are cycle paths leading to the interior of Istria or to the sea. Funtana is a nearby town known for its fish specialties and beautiful beaches, only 15 minutes by bike ride.

 It is only 6.5 km from Poreč, 3.5 km from the tourist resort Zelena Laguna with numerous sports and entertainment facilities (ski-lift for rent, boat rental etc.) and 3 km from the large Aquacolors Aquatic Park .

Surrounded by a large fenced yard, Villa Giovanna offers its guests an outdoor pool of 32 m² with deck chairs, sunshades and an outdoor shower, a table with dining chairs on the covered terrace, a barbecue and a large parking lot.

It is for the guests’ exclusive use, offering them a carefree vacation and intimacy since being located in a quiet location outside the village.

The newly built Villa Giovanna for 4 + 2 persons, 118 m2 consists of two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, a small washing and ironing room, one separate toilet, dining and living room with air conditioning, small storage rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and dishwasher.

In the vicinity of the house (150 m) there is “Mića Konoba”, a restaurant where guests can taste Istrian specialties while enjoying the sea view with sunset. One of the leading wine houses in the region,  Damjanic Winery is also nearby Guests at Villa Giovanna have free tasting of certain wines.
