Reservations are obligatory in written (oral) way and after the reservation is made the advance payment of 30% of the agreed final price is required within 7 (seven) days. After the guest has paid 30% of the agreed amount for the booking made, the reservation is valid and the booking process is considered complete and the owner shall send a written confirmation of booking by e-mail. In case the payment is not made within 7 (seven) days of the reservation, the reservation is considered invalid.
Accommodation costs include: water, gas, electricity, internet, as well as bed linen, towels, final cleaning of the interior, pool and exterior maintenance.
The minimum stay is 4 nights and for a shorter stay, the price of the accommodation is raised by 30%.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival.
Deposit of 200 € is required upon arrival at the house and is released upon departure.
CANCEL OR CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION
By canceling the reservation 60 and more days before arrival: 100% of the advance payment is returned.
Cancellation of reservation made between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the paid advance is charged.
In case the guest can find another guest as his replacement in the same period, for the same price and under the same conditions, the owner will transfer the reservation to the new guest immediately upon written receipt of all necessary information and will send a written confirmation thereof.
According to the guests’ wishes, the number of persons can be increased to the maximum capacity of the facility, if announced at least 3 (three) days before arrival.
Upon arrival, guests must submit their travel and personal documents in order to be registered at the tourist office.
The arrival time must be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and departure time up to 10.00 am.
